A Record of Accomplishment

During my time in office, I have worked to advance policies and initiatives that support Alhambra families, strengthen our community, and prepare our city for the future. Some of my accomplishments include:

  • Advocating for a no-fault eviction policy.

  • Establishing an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.

  • Supporting an anti-vaping ordinance.

  • Expanding financial assistance for low-income housing.

  • Establishing a Community Workforce Agreement with local-hire provisions.

  • Establishing a Census Committee to support an accurate count of our community.

  • Organizing Alhambra’s first “Feed Alhambra” initiative to address food insecurity.

  • Working with the California Department of Transportation to remove aggregate from the 710 stub.
